    Natural Eye Care Tips for Great Health

    6. Wear Sunglasses

    7. Adjust Your Device

    You most likely use digital devices every day at work and once you get home. While they are fun to use, these devices expose your eyes to high-energy blue lights, affecting our eye health, and causing dry eyes and eye strain.

    Here are tips to help your eyes while you are on the computer or phone:

    • The computer screen should be around 20-24 inches away from your eyes
    • Keep the top of the computer screen slightly below eye level
    • Adjust the lighting to lessen screen glare
    • Blink frequently, following the 20-20-20 rule: Take a break every 20 minutes and focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
